aw, thank you for asking!!!!

We are doing okay - it's been a week today! the hardest part for me, was between finding out & telling Gaby - because I had no idea how she's react, BUT she took it like a pro - no tears.. she had lots of questions & I answered them honestly for her. she helped my Dad bury Fluffy in their garden, and now when we're at my parents, she goes & says hello to Fluffy... but the first couple of times she was wondering why Fluffy wasn't talking back

The house seems really quiet.. although I'm telling Gaby off a lot less - no more "Gaby put Fluffy down!" "Gaby don't do that to Fluffy!" "Gabrielle PUT THE CAT DOWN"...

If I wasn't pregnant I'd probably look into getting her a kitten for her birthday or something ,but I don't really want to be trying to housetrain a kitty, while having a baby to look after too

Awww, how cute is that - I'm glad she can visit and talk. I do think it's funny how they figure things out. "Oh. ok!" then they move on. Although my niece is 7 now and still talks about "Pepper" sometimes - 5 years later I think. It'll be nice if you wait. Then both girls, say when E is around age 2, can enjoy a new family member! We are waiting for the same reason.

Glad you are ok though, hope it's not TOO quiet and sad without The Fluffster.

I figure that by the time Emersyn is 2, I'll be getting 'the itch' to have another baby, and since I'm getting my tubes tied after Emersyn, that obviously wont' be happening, so a kitten may be the perfect compromise lol
