I eat about the same, except that I cut down on my tuna intake (I eat a LOT of tuna when I'm not PG/TTC) and I avoid things likely to carry listeria. But in terms of eating healthier, I have to admit, not really!
I eat about the same since I carb count anyway. I don't like rare meats or runny eggs and don't really worry about lunch meats. I guess I drink less caffeine now but only because I crave flavored waters instead.
