How many ultrasound did you get and at how many weeks were they?

Did your ob do them or a perinatologist?

I want to know what to expect.

Thanks

I had my first us at about 8 weeks, but it was because of a date discrepancy. I also had one at about 12 weeks, 20 weeks, 26ish weeks and today at almost 32 weeks. The diagnosis they always give for my ultrasounds is PIH, so I am unsure if they would do that many if I did not have blood pressure issues.

I have my ultrasounds done at the maternal-fetal center in the hospital where I will deliver. I could have them done there or the OB office. Either way they are done by an ultrasound tech, not the doc.

I'm almost 19 weeks and have had 19 ultrasounds. Yeah...I get them either weekly or biweekly. These were all at the DR, but I have complications besides the blood clotting (preterm labor, sch, complete previa that has since resolved, previous IUGR).

Mine were done by Maternal Fetal Medicine who I see weekly, in addition to my OB every 2 weeks. I was also seeing an RE at the beginning of pregnancy.
