I was horribly devastated too when I found out I have GD. It was around Thanksgiving time too so that made it even worse because I love to bake treats around the holidays.
I snack on apples w/peanut butter ALOT. or celery and peanut butter. for breakfast I make myself an english muffin with egg and cheese. my very own egg mcmuffins. At the end of the pregnancy I seem to be eating every hour. I'll usually choose a piece of fruit or a small meal like cereal or leftover dinner. I don't really drink juice so can't help ya there.
Once you figure out what works best for you it's not all that bad. hope you are able to control it with diet and/or exercise.
