Once you found out you were expecting, did any of you continue with your exercise regime? I currently engage in high impact aerobics. I don't want to stop, but I'm afraid if we conceive, I'll rupture or worse if I continue. I know at my age, implantation is harder, so I don't want to jeopardize anything by jumping around.
Before becoming pregnant I was doing a pretty intense workout (p90x inspired). When i found out I really cut back a lot....actually just went to walking on the treadmill with an incline and ankle weights.
