There is my chart! I would like to ask anyone who knows about "charting" to take a look at my chart! I am now 5w6d pregnant... really no SIGNS of miscarriage such as cramping or spotting (NOTHING!) but I do have a high risk pregnancy due to a medicine I have to take and have been scared of course that something is wrong. Every day.. take a look at my chart... my temps just keep going lower and lower! For many charts I have looked at it seems that they might have a sharp drop for a day or two along with spotting and then itll go below coverline when they start bleeding. But I would just like to get some advice... I know temps fluctuate during pregnancy... but I though a healthy pregnancy has high progesterone that keeps your temps up? Could this be an indication of a problem? (BTW I have a doc appt in the next few days just looking to get some info now!)
You should be fine. Even if you had cramping is actually pretty normal. I had a lot around 4-6 weeks. I freaked out to but my doc said it was normal. I know that the beginning is the scaryest part of pregnancy its hard not to worry. I would defiantly stop temping though. No reason. Your pregnant and its just making you nervous. I know its scary I was also a nervous wreck for the first 8 weeks till I saw the baby on an ultrasound. If you did start spotting it could be an indication that your progesterone levels where low but it could also be nothing. Also just spotting will not guarentee a miscarriage. I have know a few girls who had spotting and had to start taking supplements and thier babies where fine.
I really wouldn't worry unless you started spotting but do discuss your fears with your doc when you see them and ask them to check your progesterone. THat might reasure you that everything is fine. I hope when you see your doctor he/she reasures you. It does get a lot easier once you get to the second trimester. Less worries about misscarriage.
