I was wondering what other people do to occupy their time on bedrest.. So far i've been watching way too much tv, and trying to read although reading in bed puts me to sleep! does anyone know of any exercises to do that will keep me somewhat mobile?

Thanks!

I don't know about exercises. But I was going to suggest working on a craft project. I like to cross stitch and that would keep me busy if I got put on bed rest. Or knitting or something....

I did a cross stitch bib for each of my twins. You can had dh get you a kit that comes with the bib stamped with the pattern. Its a no brainer but at least it occupies the hands.

The other thing I did on bedrest was play video games. I had dh buy me a playstation (prob. the only woman alive who has asked their husband for one) and played the racing games. Burn-out is good because you actually get points for crashing (I am not that good at racing games....)

Good Luck!
