PUPPPS is pruritic urticarial papules and plaques of pregnancy
This would be a horrible pregnancy enduced rash caused by allergy to the Placenta or the hormone HcG. At this point the people in charge have not figured out what really causes it. It most commonly occurs in pregnancys where the baby is a boy.
Pretty much the only cure is delivery of the baby and then sometimes the rash persists a few months past the delivery.
Oatmeal baths will help a little with the unreal itching as will Benedryl. (Which btw is safe to take during pregnancy) But pretty much its a ghastly itch that is almost impossible to shake.
