I have anti phospholipid antibody syndrome. I get an ultrasound a month to monitor baby's growth, I see a perinatologist every two weeks and then I'm also seen by a hematologist and rheumatologist. I had pre eclampsia with my son, but that was a side effect of my disorder, so I'm at high risk for it again this time around. Nicholas was 5 weeks early and 6 1/2 lbs, so hopefully we can avoid IUGR this time around also.
