well if you where to have the baby come out now it would not be considered preterm labor but rather a miscarriage.

What kind of spotting was it? What color?

Did you have sex recently?

Do you know what caused your labor to be early the previous time?

Have you been checked for incompetent cervix?

I am not a doctor but these questions need to be answered before I can give my opinion.

What kind of spotting was it? What color? well it wasbrown and pink but thats not what i am conserned with, more worried since i went into labor at 29 weeks it will happen agian

Did you have sex recently?nope doctor said no til 12 weeks

Do you know what caused your labor to be early the previous time?I thought it was because i was carrying twins but the dr couldn't tell me for sure

Have you been checked for incompetent cervix?I started dialating at 22 weeks but i have also carried 2 other kids to 40 weeks and one to 34 weeks

I am not a doctor but these questions need to be answered before I can give my opinion.

I would be concerned about incompetent cervix. But Anything could have caused you to go into labor early. Its just when you start dialating early this is the easy anwser.

Ask your doctor about it.

Twins do put a lot of pressure on your cervix. I have a friend who went full term with her first son, and is now due with twins, and her cervix is measuring much differently this time around. But, I'm sure your doctor will monitor you very closely especially since you had your twins so early.
