Okay last night i had to get out of bed to use the restroom, it hurt so bad to get up. Today every once and a while my sides hurt for just a second, then stop. I have extremely bad heartburn...if i lay for a while then stretch or move suddenly...it hurts im just wondering if this is normal or not..

Where exactly is the pain. You say side pain then heart burn. Is it up top? Tums are your friend. Whats more they have calcium in them and that is good for you.

If the pain is between your belly button and either hip bone and it feels like someone is knifing you there, then that is your round ligaments.

In either case its well worth mentioning this to your doctor.

Then probably it is your round ligaments. To make it stop you should massage the area with your hand. If this doesn't work seek medical attention. It could be something else. But thats what it sounds like to me.
