Woombie!

My SIL swears by the 'woombie' The Woombie (Australia) - Because you both deserve a. She was having trouble getting her dd to sleep at 3 months old and had heard about the woombie and ordered one online. Anyway she said it's fantastic - dd sleeps much better. It is like a cocoon, and looks SO easy to use, and ideal in that I'm a fan of wrapping/swaddling but this just makes keeping their arms in a no-brainer because there's no sleeves.

I'm definitely going to order one and try it out. As I was saying to friends, I'm really trying not to buy things I don't need seeing as it's baby no 3. (and last), but if it's something that brings baby and I more sleep, then yep...I'm checking it out!!!

SIL said it wasn't cheap ($40 Australian and of course she paid postage) but she said it's been worth every cent.... gee I hope it works for me too

does it work for ten month olds?

They do have them for big babies Marie but in the FAQ, it says even though they're stretchy, they shouldn't be used once the baby rolls and sleeps on their tummy (as their arms are enclosed)...so probably your ten month olds do roll, or if not will do so soon!
