We snapped this pic around noon when she took her bath. My mom worries about us drying out her skin so getting an actual bath and not just a sponge bath is a treat for Katie that only happens every couple of days.



This is one that DH wanted snapped of her wearing his camo hat. I keep telling him that Katie won't be a camo wearing girl, but he is still hoping for a tomboy.



Not that Katie will be spoiled or anything, but these are my goddaughters: Rachel (13) is holding Katie, which she says is only fair since Katie was almost born on her birthday (11/20), and Stephanie (17) who is taking manicurist training at the community college and comes up a few times a week to massage Katie's feet. Steph says as soon as we can be certain Katie won't put her toes in her mouth, she will give Miss Katie a pedicure.

So, those are my three Katie pics for the moment. I have been really lax about posting since I didn't have my computer set up with the internet until three days ago.

She's beautiful!! She looks so much like her daddy!
I bath my infants 1-2 times a day-def every night after supper and sometimes in the morning if they've had pee outs. I just put J&J baby soap in the water, wash their hair with J&J baby shampoo and rinse well. Theo has eczema, but we were told to bath him still once a day and apply glaxyl base to his spots. All my kids get bathed at least once a day and have no dryness issues-and I live in Northern Canada...

Mostly with the boys they got bathed every 2nd day. But I did start doing daily baths earlier with 2nd ds just because it became part of my bath, feed, bedtime routine at night. I think if I had a summer baby I would have bathed every day just to give them relief from the heat but being winter every 2nd day worked well for us .

We are still on the every other day bath routine- unless we have a pee episode. Then again he is still so little he doesn't get really dirty, and I do a wipe down quite frequently anyway.
I'm sure as it gets warmer he will get baths everyday.

She is a doll Beth! And your Goddaughers are cuties as well. I'm glad they like to spend so much time with Katie, that's wonderful!

We bath 3 times a week, unless needed more often. With summer coming it's probably closer to every night. We have a couple with really dry skin, so I try to avoid daily baths in the winter. Summer seems better for their skin.

I must be a bad mom! My goal is to bathe Jaylen twice a week (Wed and Sun) but it usually ends up on the weekend only. I do wipe her down several times a week, but just can't seem to get in the bath routine.
