Aw too cute! What did he think of Santa... probably hard to tell at his age!!
AFM, been a busy week. On Friday we fly to New Zealand for a wedding, then home for a day next Wednesday, then off to the beach for Christmas & New Year! Layla is very close to crawling. She's doing the backwards crawl a little but a couple of times has managed to get knees forward...wonder if she will be crawling for Christmas!
I'll probably check on here a bit before we leave but if I don't get a chance to post, wishing you all a safe and happy Christmas and New Year!
not much new today, I'm 6w1d!! Busy week with appts, meetings, dh working, just found childcare for a very important meeting all day Friday for work--do you know how much drop in childcare for 9 hours costs???
Its not too bad, I'm paying 150 for 9 hours, meals and snacks included, and paying 75 for six hours on Thursday am. I usually pay my adult sitters $10-15 an hour here at the house. I'd use a dayhome, but I don't have time to interview on such short notice, and who would take 4 anyhow?
Hi everyone! Been reading but just realized have not posted anything. We went to the pedi urologist with Katie yesterday. I cried, she cried, but the doctor corrected the vaginal adhesions (we hope. . . got a follow up in a month to make sure nothing has closed up again). Mom went to the doctor and the CT scan and bone scan showed nothing which is good. She will go through five months of chemo and at least a month of radiation after that, but the doctor is just being aggressive to make sure that this cancer (non hereditary, non estrogen fed, fairly aggressive) does not have an easy fight on its' hands.
I will comment on everyone else's posts tomorrow (I hope) since Katie seems to be getting a molar and wants to cuddle Mommy.
