Katie has been battling an ear infection since Thursday so I didn't have time to post that DH's father and that part of the family were arriving for a short visit on Saturday evening. Ashley (the step sister whose child is not a newborn) has a doctor's appointment for her DS on Tuesday morning so they are leaving for MI sometime this morning. I had gotten Mason confused with one of the other Blair relatives' sons so I thought he was older than Katie when he is actually a bit younger. It took Katie a few minutes to warm up to everyone, but it was a nice visit overall. My sister met us about an hour into the visit and took Katie home because I was not brave enough to take my very friendly toddler into a crowded restaurant when she is just getting over an ear infection.

Here are the pictures I took.
Katie with Daddy and Grandpa Mark. Mean old Mommy had the camera and wasn't sharing it so Katie was a bit upset.

Katie with Mason. She wanted to give him love but not her bottle (which she has started taking again since she was under the weather and refused to drink from anything else). I guess the bottle is her 'lovey' when she is feeling icky. I hope to get her back totally to the sippy cup in a week or two.

I did see that comment, I can't figure out that woman let alone her comment.

Sorry about the ear infection. I hope sweet Katie feels all better quickly. And I am very glad that they did come visit. I'm sure DH was happy too.

I didn't see the commment, but glad it went as well as could be expected. Lila is fighting a double ear infection, so she sends her best to Katie and her Mama, it's rough.
