Casey-sorry for the bfn, but 7dpo is early, there's still lots of hope!

yay Oct!!!
Casey - try not to stress the bfn at 7DPO, that is super early! Are you planning on testing again or hold out until your appt Wed? I'm keeping my fingers crossed hard for you!
AFM...big happenings in our house today, Savannah used her potty chair for the first time today!!! So exciting! And she was very funny, after going she got up and said "oh no!" and then supervised me while I cleaned it out and wasn't happy until it was clean & back in her potty seat.

Hi ladies! It's crazy busy at work, so I'll have to pop back on later if/when I have more time. I'm also fighting an outer ear infection so can't hear all that great but thankfully the pain is easing.

I forgot that it's Thanksgiving for the Canadians. I hope you have a wonderful holiday with your family.
We will all 3 be both off daycare/work on Monday so we'll have a 3 day weekend for a nice change. I need to get some scrappy things done for an embellishment swap that needs to be mailed on Tuesday, but other then that & taking Mom back home we have no plans.

thanks ladies!
We decided to stay home instead of driving 8 hrs one way to the IL's, so today I went shopping and we're doing up dinner here for "just" the seven of us, tomorrow! We're going to do it up fun and let the kids drink gingerale out of the stemware! They're gonna love it!

Hi ladies! Sorry, I've been a lurker again more then posting. Just so so busy right now at work & home, so am too exhausted to think of coherent stuff to post. I wish is I was joking, but my brain is very fuzzy right now. Doing okay though. Had a sick DH, sick son, & ear infection lingering for me but we appear to be finally getting better. I hope to be back here real soon.

Becky and Marie~ Love the siggies.
I need to get a new one made for Katie's second birthday but not sure exactly how I want it to look. Oh the indecisiveness of me.

Beth is now taller then I was before I started kindergarten. My Mom found my health status record and I was 35 inches tall at age 5.
Marie - that siggy is adorable!!! Have you had much time to scrap lately? I'm sure 5 little ones keep you hopping. I'm eeking out a few pages here & there, I try to get some in each month as I'm so far behind. Maybe one of these days, I'll be somewhat caught up.
and thanks for the siggy compliments. Those ladies are so talented, and I had some great new pics of Mark so sent them to Jaidynsmum and let her play. I always just upload pics and those talented ladies do the rest. I'm so not creative digitally.
as for what else is going on here, I spoke too soon yesterday about feeling all better. My ear is finally better, but it now appears I'm fighting a cold. Grrrrr!! I'm hoping it'll go away soon. And to add to the stress though, our tenant of 4 years gave notice that he's moving out so now we have to get that rented again. Can't afford to sell it anytime soon as we are upside down on the mortgage thanks to this horrible economy right now. So we're advertising, and hope & pray we get it rented soon. Already had a few calls, and shown it once but no luck yet. Hopefully soon. . .
So how's everyone else? Will you be dressing up your little ones for Halloween? Hard to believe it'll be November soon. I guess we need to get to chatting to beat last month's posts.

I have a trick for preventing colds, put some tea tree oil on a qtip and swab it on your tonsil area and take a new one and do each nostril--its sort of stinky but you get used to it, works for me and the kids all the time--I usually do it when I get that initial sore throat and do it for the kids when they first get snotty
I'm working on my MEd, so my comp time has been spend doing that, but once I'm done an assignment or reading then I reward myself with a new siggie or scrap page, or I made a halloween page and shrink it down for a siggie

and I'll have to try the tea oil trick next time. It's probably too late now.

you can still do it, it'll settle down inflammation and kill whatever bugs are sticking around-works for the kids once they're already sick
