Although I joke all the time about how terrific it will be to have the entire house to ourselves and nobody to say "I didn't do it!" and "Those aren't MY dishes!", the truth is I think it will be bittersweet. As with any new phase of our lives, there is a touch of sadness saying goodbye to one part and moving on to another. It's just another reminder of how fleeting our lives really are. It will be nice to have our time together with no responsibilities other than to ourselves but yes, I will miss hunting down the culprit who left dishes in the living room!
I will not like it at all....
I love him here, he and I get along so great.
Chuck is not home much in the winter I can not imagine how lonley I will feel when Trav leaves.
The thought makes my stomach drop
and ontop of it looks like James will be trasfered out of state
one state away to PA..in a year - two
When my babies & grandbabies leave me I will have to really dig for some inner strenth.
