I know about that. I been fighting weight all my life, but since being treated for narcolepsy my weight automatically dropped down 60 pounds. It goes to show how important sleep is to the process.
I think I am now down 80-90 pounds, and I started walk/running 4 miles last week. I wanted to feel better and I do, but mostly, I wanted to get rid of (the hanging skin). I was so busy that I was unaware of losing the 60 pounds and I got the sags.
Tightening up though with exercise. I just have to keep at it.
It's very hard to lose the weight and keep it off. I'm at my highest weight ever. Somehow over the past year I gained 10 lbs. I've been trying to eat a little healthier and incorporate exercise over the past two weeks but haven't lost a pound. Ugh.
