I dropped some work hours due to a conflict with a co worker. She has conflicts with everyone and our boss keeps telling her that if it happens "one more time", she'll lose her job. It hasn't happened yet though.

I have had insomnia all week and am exhausted all the time. It's really hard to take care of a 3 year old when your wiped out.
