Has anyone started their diet and excercise plan yet? If so what is your plan and what is your goal?
I started a diet last Thursday but have not stated the exercise part yet. My plan is to focus on lowering my sugar and carb intake, but not worry about the calorie part of it. I don't like counting calories.
For exercise I plan to power walk daily. Excercise videos, crunches etc do not work well for me...I wont stick with it.
I have two coworkers who say they want to lose weight too and are interested in doing a weight lose pool with me with each of us doing our own thing, but doing weekly weigh ins together. Not really sure how on board they both really are though.
