After getting pregnant while on the pill, I'll have to say tubal or vasectomy.

Dh had a vasectomy and that seems to be working pretty good so far but I do get nervous because I've heard the stories of couples getting pg. after a V. But I don't want to go on BC because it zaps my sex drive so I just keep hoping his V is good until I hit menopause.

I don't think there's a best means that fits everyone. But I love my IUD. I haven't had a period in 4 1/2 years! Love it!
