Our town has banned the outdoor use of water because of a town shortage. This makes no sense because it rains at least every second day so nobody had had to water. And this every second day thing has been going on for an entire year now (how depressing is that).

So why is there a shortage and who was using the water to water their already watered lawns?

Did I mention this makes no sense?

In florida we are in our rainy season , basicallyit rains a certain time each day lasting no more then about 30 minutes sometimes its heavy rain sometimes its not.. we were in a bad drought before the season began we had alot of wild fires...now when it rains the streets round us flood , yet they say we are still in a drought...
