Congratulations!!! Job well done!!! Today was my rest day, so tomorrow it is back to the grindstone I usually walk 1 1/2 -2 miles w/ my mom 4-5 days a week and I run/walk 4-5.5 miles 5-6 days a week w/ my daughters. No I am not a skinny minnie but I have dropped from a 22-24 to a 16-18 in 4-5 years. I am now able to go to the sporting goods store and buy x-lg running clothes! NOT PLUS SIZES Have a good day tomorrow ladies
If I could have just one lousy hour to myself per day, I'd drop this weight. I have to lose 50 lbs. I could lose it in 6 months, 1 year max. But I have NO time to myself. I barely have a few minutes on the computer.
I LOVE my kids. I'd rather be a fat mommy than skinny and without my kiddies. However, I'm not going to lose any weight until I get alone time. That just ain't gonna happen until the kids are in school. My dd1 goes to kindergarten (maybe) in September. That'll free me up a bit. I guess I just have to be patient.
