advice when trying to lose a few pounds???{Get in better shape} Lets help each other out by sharing any good tips,ok?




I let everyone know that I am trying to get in better shape...It helps me stay on track!
I think about my clothing fitting me better...That helps me stay on track too.
I take a little time out each day for me.....even a little working out my body is better then none at all.
I try to drink more water.......and most important for me is....I stay away from the sweets..{chocolate.} <<<<<<<My weakness! After a few days I`m good to go!

I think I am going to try duct taping my mouth shut.

All my intentions start out good but some loser made ice cream taste so good and I can'seem to say no.

Not good for my diabetes either.

Lol, Cindermella, you're cracking me up! I guess I could use some duct tape, too!

I just need to be in the right place mentally and I can lose weight. See my othe post. I need some encouragement.

Well, Good Luck to you both.......I`m trying hard to stay on track...today I passed right on by the candy bars at the grocery! Now that is great for me!!! I usually always buy a few...{for myself!}
