Mine are.....I chew sugarless gum alot ...I drink alot more green tea. I do not buy junk food....try to shop for only healthy foods or healthy snackie things. Lots more fruits.

To get myself off sugar, I eat a lot of starchy foods and fruit. I know, starch is sugar and fruit is sugar, but once I get off processed sugar, I can reduce the amount of starch and fruit.

I will be buying alot less sweets, eating alot more fruit and going for walks

The less sweets is a biggie for me! But, I have been doing pretty good. Eatting more oranges & bananas...
