I mix ground turkey with ground lamb or ground beef. I love a Thanksgiving roast turkey, but the ground turkey doesn't have enough flavor or (frankly) enough fat. It works well when you combine it with either the lamb or beef.

What type of ground pork do you all use?

I use to add ground sausage to hamburger when making meat loaf just to add a little different flavor.{haven`t done that in a while}

Honestly the only kind I ever knew about was sausage ,that`s ground pork...If they have any other kind here I have never seen it...I will have to ask at the meat counter at our grocery...Now I`m real curious!?
