that your toddler or child can see ghosts? Brandon is convinced that Ryan is some sort of ghost medium. He has done things like this since he was a baby but I'm sure it could be convinced as anything. But this weekend took the cake. We were all sitting in bed after naptime and Ryan kept asking us over and over (staring at the blank wall) "What's that? Who's there?" We kept asking him questions but he just kept staring and asking over and over. And we would keep playing and he would just stop and stare and ask again. I'm not sure what to think. I used to tell Brandon that Ryan could see my mom but I think that was just to make myself feel better. Now Ryan is freaking me out...

They say that little kids can see things that even older kids cannot because they have not "learned" not to see them. They are open books, so to speak. They do not have the preconceived notions that there are no such things as ghosts. That being said, I do believe that they see things that we cannot. Alek will sometimes look up at the corner of the living room and start "talking". Cody used to say that he had a "ghost sister" and could describe her the same every time.

I have always been told that babies, especially can see ghost. When I youngest sister was 5 to 6 months old she would look at my grandfathers picture on the wall (they only one we have of him). And she would just talk and coo and laugh at it as if she was seeing him in person. He pasted away about 30 plus years ago, so I never got to met him. She did this until she would about 3 or 4 and then just stopped. My mom and grandmother always tell me that ghosts are babies gardian angels!!! I see it now with my son. Both of my dh grandfathers pasted about 11 years ago. When my son was little he would just giggle at their pics and just baby talk to them. As he got older he would point and say papaw hi!!

I think children can see supernatural things Ethan has described w/o seeing a photo of Corys grandfather who passed before we were married and my Nana who also passed before he was born.

He has very vivid descriptions of them done to mannerisms they have he still says "they like to watch over me when I'm sick"

Well maybe Ryan sees something that we can't... which is a little freaky because it only happens in our bedroom. And our houses are only a couple years old but the land is old and lots of areas around here are old Indian burial grounds. I kinda like watching him babble and talk to whatever he sees.
