Well, we heard back from the Mortgage company today and we got preapproved

But the house we REALLY wanted solld YESTERDAY

Time to start looking all over again

We lost 4 houses (2 that we actually bid on as well) before our process ended and the house we ended up with was better than all 4! =)

I believe everything happens for a reason. You were meant to see that house to see the possibilities but I do believe there is a great house out there for you!

Having never been through that process myself I don't know how hard it is, but I've seen it on HGTV a lot! I hope you find your house very soon!

It's such a buyer's market right now that I'm sure that happens a lot, but I'm sure the house you get will be better, so just be patient and keep looking!!!! And congrats on the pre-approval!!
