Ditto. Speghetti.
I usually make my own sauce and freeze it, but I keep a big jar of sauce and frozen meatballs as a back up incase I need it. I hardly ever "plan" to make speghetti. I don't really care that much for it. I make the sauce for all kinds of recipes.

Pasta, usually rotini or penne, with meat sauce.

I brown 1lb hamburger with about 4-6 cloves of garlic, pepper, and seasoning salt while the water for pasta is coming to a boil. When the meat is fully browned, I put the pasta in to boil. Then I pour a jar of pasta sauce in with the meat, along with about a tsp each of oregano and basil. I mix it all up and let it simmer while the pasta is cooking. When pasta is done, I drain it and dump it into the sauce and mix up. Then I let it simmer for a couple more minutes, then it is done. I usually serve it with seasoned green beans (2 cans of green beans simmered with 1/2 stick of butter and montreal steak seasoning). Sounds weird, but tastes really good!

When I need to get something quick on the table it's usually pasta and a jar of some kind of sauce. The other night we planned to go to the mall last minute so I made a pot of pasta, put chicken, peppers and cream cheese in and sprinkled cheese on the top. It was sooo good and took very little time. Either that or I just heat up some tinned soup and have toasted cheese sandwhiches. Quick but so tasty

mine is either creamy pasta, which is pancetta lardons (keeps forever, so always have a packet in the fridge!) some frozen veg fried until cooked, with either creme fraiche if i have it, or i always keep some long life cream in the cupboard for such an emergancy so i use that as a sauce. served with some pasta. takes about 10 mins.

Or i make baked potatoes with beans and cheese if we are in a really big hurry!

Mine is tacos. It takes me no time to make them. Pasta would be a close second.

What is wrong with men? Not liking Pizza????????????? lol

I rarely have frozen pizza. Little cesears sells theirs for $5 and they are hot and fresh, so I would rather just pick up one if we are going to do pizza (we did last night)

Oh and Hungary Howies has theirs for 5.55. But you have to order it before time with them, but they are superior pizza, so when I want some, I go here. And they have flavored crust...................

Large pizzas for 5 and 5.55, you can't go wrong!~

Mmmm I wish we had that here! ^

We do, however, have Papa John's and they are the most delicious pizza in town It's a pity I will never give them my business again though, after getting our order wrong every single time! :-/

Robyn, your hubby doesn't like pizza!?! Oh my goodness, I don't know anyone IRL who doesn't LOVE pizza. You know, we had pizza at the weekend, and it was just a relatively inexpensive one from Iceland but it was cheese and tomato with garlic cheese in the crust and it was sooooooooo good!!! Will definately be getting that again

We do pizza here sometimes but not really the frozen ones..we live right by a papa murphys and they make decent pizza for a really cheap price, we also have little ceasers but we havnt gotten a pizza from them in years.

i usually use the premade boboli crust and make it myself.

Van I should try making one myself some time, that actually sounds pretty fun! I have been wanting to make that a little weekend treat for when our son gets older.

Wow Robyn, I think I would die without cheese! Well not literally but seriously, cheese is the most delicious thing in the world!!! Your hubby has odd tastes I totally feel your pain about fussy hubby's making cooking really hard...my DF will not eat any vegetables (other than peas and corn) and it makes cooking really hard for me too. I wish he would just suck it up for my sake but nope, it's a no go. I really hope my DF doesn't pass his fussy eating onto our son or I will scream!

lol Robyn I don't care much for cheese but I love pizza!

Ours would probably be a boxed dinner. DH is a big fan of the Banquet box lasagna, it's easy to assemble and then it bakes for 40 minutes. it's pretty tasty.

OMG what would I eat if I could not have cheese....not much! I pretty much love cheese anything including pizza. I live in Chicago area and we have the best pizza anywhere so there is lots to choose from.

My quick to the table dinner is soup and grilled cheese!
