Well...not quite, but I'm trying haha. I started pilates last night and I loved it. Only 4 people in the class, so lots of individual attention. She modified the class based on one of my physical issues. I liked how it's slow and controlled. Still feel the muscles working but not to the point of pain. I felt so good after. Now to see how long it will take my body to change, haha.
Do you know what the difference in pilates and yoga are?
From my understanding, yoga is more a lifestyle change...it focuses heavily on spiritualness, meditation, and stretching. Pilates is more physical, it focuses on your core. They are both gentle, fluid movements and proper breathing, but pilates is more of a workout.
