What have you all got planned for dinner this week coming in ladies? I'm going grocery shopping tomorrow night and need some inspiration! I'm tired of cooking the same old things!

Haven't plotted out which day but here's what we're eating this week:
Salmon, rice, veggie
Eggplant parm & spaghetti
Honey spiced chicken - either on a salad or served w/ mashed potatoes & veggie
Homemade pizza
Coconut chicken, pineapple, veggie, maybe dinner rolls
Spinach & feta quesadillas
Taco pie
acupofjoe likes this.

Sure, Robyn, come on over!

Here's the recipe:
Spicy Honey Chicken | Our Best Bites
It's the first time I'm making this one, but it's got a ton of rave reviews. It's my favorite food blog (I have their cookbook too) and everything I've tried is awesome.

That spicy honey chicken you mention sounds delicious!!! I don't have a weeks menu planned. Tonight I'm making pasta salad...that's as far as I've got.

it needs chipotle chili powder! This stupid backwards country havent realised how delicious it is, and its impossible to get. anything with chipotle is. I could make it without it, but i dont think it would be as awesome.

Heres what i have so far

Roast chicken, potatoes, roasted carrots and broccolli
Chicken, leek and mushroom hotpot
Tacos
Lasagne

Still need one more, we will be out at the weekend so i wont need to cook.

Eh, I don't have chipotle chili powder in my pantry either, just regular chili powder, but I'm still going to make it! I may throw in a dash of red pepper flakes for some kick.

I'm so envious of you ladies and your planned out meals. I have no idea what we're doing for dinner. We have hamburger meat laid out, but no idea what we'll make with it

I posted the link for the chicken above but here's the taco pie:
Taco Pie Recipe - Allrecipes.com

The nice thing about this dish is it's really basic and you can customize it however you want - you could add beans, rice, tomatoes, lettuce, whatever. Instead of layering sour cream in it, I do salsa. And then set the sour cream on the table so we can take as much/little as we want. I don't do the tortilla chips either - instead, I shred some lettuce to pile on once it's out of the oven.
