How many minutes from home does your DH/SO work?
Is that a pretty average commute time for your area?

before we moved dh drove an hour and 45 mins to work and then again back.....for about 3 years he did this....it was very very frustrating for him...thats one reason we moved....now he drives about 15mins to work and then back again....

yeah its probably pretty average now for the people out here as most of them work in the city

My DH drives about 20 minutes. His commute is probably a bit longer than average since we live outside of town.

Wow Kristy that must have really sucked for him!

My DH is about 45 minutes which does seem to be pretty average but he is starting to get tired of it.

My fiance drives about 15-20 minutes to work. I would consider the average around here to be 30 minutes-1 hour so I guess we got lucky.

Dh drives about 30 mins to work. Its really far, but its motorway most of the way there, so speed limit is 120k/h, so takes less time.

About 10 minutes, maybe.. depending on traffic. 10 in the morning, more like 15 when he comes home. He works in the city over, though.

On the 26th he starts his new job (WOOT!) and I think that's about 15 minutes? Maybe 20 on the way back with traffic. But again, he'll be working in Albany (verses where we live, the city over).

If you work right here, the commute would be just a few minutes to 10. But almost all of his jobs have been in Albany, bigger city with tons more jobs.

He drives about an hour each way. The average for my area is 10-15 mins but jobs are hard to come by so he had to look out of town.
