It's a mild day here so we're just doing big salads w/ feta, strawberries, toasted almonds, and a honey red wine vinaigrette.
Wow, that sounds soooo healhty. I bet I could lose tons of pounds eating that for dinner everynight.
And I could become healthy! I just wish my husband would accept a salad for dinner.
He has a very physically demanding job, and I know he would want his meat and potatoes.......darn!
