tonight easy pizza...since raianna has a music concert tonight at 630
tomorrow i was thinking spaghetti
wednesday....grill out some burgers and brats

i'll figure thursday and friday out when i plan my grocery list thursday morning

I'm trying to get back on track with my weight loss, and find it impossible without my meals planned! struggling this week tho. Heres what i got so far!

Oven baked honey chicken w/ bbq sweet potatoes
cod with tomato and chorizo sauce (no side decided yet!)
Chicken, red pepper and almond tray bake
Full english frittata with smokey beans

Just made my menu earlier this afternoon:
Salmon, brown rice, roasted asparagus
Homemade Ricotta Gnocchi, side salad
Breakfast Burritos, fruit, maybe some muffins
Chicken Piccata, roasted potatoes, corn or mixed veggies
Pizza Rolls
Salads w/ feta, strawberries, almonds
Sweet & Sour Meatballs over rice, mixed veggies

I have ideas but never plan which day Im doing them on LOL.

Tonight its BLT sandwiches.
Tomorrow will probably be hamburger helper since DH will be gone and the kids will want simple and they like that.
Also gonna do soup over mashed potatoes one of these evenings, soup alone one night, tacos another night, spam another, etc.

we had nachos tonight..no idea the rest of the week. Raleighs been asking for tortilla soup so might have that one night.

I had toast for breakfast, a little yogurt and a cheese toastie (grilled cheese I think it is called in USA) for lunch and steak, roast pumpkin & potato and steamed veges for dinner. Then I had a McDonald's cheese burger & ice cream (naughty but oh well!) just before
