I am going to run to the craft store... that is smile worthy. And then to Lowes for some wood and a few more supplies. I think I will make a few things I like, try to sell them, and if they don't sell... oh darn I made some goodies for myself.

Going to the doc to get my happy pills refilled.... then spending the afternoon helping out in my kid's class.

Sorry you're having a bad day, Robyn!
I'm happy Alexis is in school.
She has a head cold- 99% of the time, she will get a fever with a head cold.. and it turns into ear infections, and on and on and on. Took her temp this AM just to make sure and we were 98.4 so I'm hoping she avoids the rest of the crap that usually goes with her colds. Spirits were fine, she's just terribly stuffy. (and if I kept her home for that, she'd have missed 56 days of school this year). I was so happy she had no temp, yay!

Sorry you are having a bad day Robyn.
I sold my car to a junk yard, they came and towed it away and gave me $100 for it. Instead of being a responsible adult and paying off a bill, I'm going to go to the mall in a bit and buy myself an interview outfit! I don't really like anything I have, so I want to go get something I can feel good in!

I had a GREAT time shopping and my kids were very well behaved (Nathan was not with us so that's probably why  ). PLUS I got a great deal on some lumber and I am very excited to start on a few crafts.
But I was a little annoyed that Hobby Lobby was not have great deals on what I needed and my dumb butt did not print off a coupon .

My day has really turned around, thank goodness!!! didnt think we would make it until bedtime! but I gave harry a spoon of calpol (same as baby tylenol) and he slept for an hour, and woke up in such a better mood!!! jake has been lying on the couch all day watching dvds (one of the perks of being sick, but he is well enough t actually enjoy it!) so now he is full of energy and bouncing around.
so all of that has made me smile now!!! Still, roll on bedtime!
