How did you sleep last night?
What time is bedtime for your kids?
Do you like to take naps when you get the chance?

How did you sleep last night? Not well... took me about 3 hours to fall asleep and then I was in and out of sleep all night.
What time is bedtime for your kids? 7pm on school nights, weekends usually 8 or so, maybe a bit later.
Do you like to take naps when you get the chance? Heck yes...I never sleep well, so I love being able to get a nap in.

How did you sleep last night? It took forever to get to sleep as it always does, but once I was out I slept like a baby!
What time is bedtime for your kids? 7:30pm/8pm depending if he had a nap that day
Do you like to take naps when you get the chance? Nope, I find it hard to sleep during the day

How did you sleep last night? I didn't. Lew was crying in his sleep so it kept me up.
What time is bedtime for your kids? Lew is about 8 pm and Chuck is about 8:30 or 9.
Do you like to take naps when you get the chance? Heck yes. I have taken two today.

I slept awful, I tossed and turned for four hours, our mattress sucks and I had bad back pain, not to mention trying to get comfortable with this boot thing on my foot is impossible..I finally fell asleep when DH rubbed my back and my head til I passed out

Audrey goes to bed between 8-9:30 depending on how tired she is.
I go to bed between 10-11

Meh. Not terrible but not great.
She usually goes to sleep around midnight sadly.
Once in awhile, most of the time I lay down with Rory during her nap and can't sleep. But when I do its great haha

I slept well.
Leah's bedtime is 8:45-9pm.
I am not a good napper. I think it's the day light. I have to be REALLY exhausted to nap.

I sleep lousy every night, always up by 4a.
Kids go down at 8p except on Friday and Saturday night when our oldest gets to stay up til 9p(if he's been good).
No, I dont nap.

Do you like to take naps when you get the chance? No way. waste of day to me. Ive napped one time in the past 5 years, and it was when I had pneumonia.

Awful.

9, 9:30.

Not normally, but I've been pretty tired being pregnant and I know I will after the baby is born for awhile.

Last night's sleep was pretty crazy! Mum had Eve for the night so we could go to a friend's birthday drinks and I was a wee bit hungover from 3-7.30am lol...

We try get Eve to bed about 9-10pm. She hardly ever goes down any earlier.

I love naps but hardly take them!
