im so bad at this aspect of being mommy...i HATE crafts...with a passion....lmao....i hate doing them...i hate the mess they create mainly....it drives me batty....once everything is out i want to immediately start cleaning it up....specially anything that involves beads or other small parts....i need a mess free craft lmao

when we need a mess free time waster lol i give them a sheet of stickers to put on an empty sheet of paper, lol. that keeps them busy at least an hour. i also dont do crafts with small things like beads. we color, paint, finger paint, cut and paste a lot around here.

Yep, Leah loves crafts. I kinda hate the mess but eh, she enjoys it so I just cringe silently. She loves to glue those little pom pom balls on construction paper, color/draw/paint, and we've made a few paper & cardboard animals. I get a lot of ideas from Pinterest - this is my craft idea board: https://pinterest.com/momma/craft-ideas/

ok i might have to try the paper towel thing LOL that doesn't seem too messy haha....

but cutting things in my house usually leads to no hair...or little pieces of paper ALL OVER my floor....haha...

Mine are pretty much past the craft phase unfortunately, I always loved craft time. We still have foamies for the youngest guy and they enjoy beading.

One of my go-tos was to cut pics out of grocery flyers and have them make collages of the food they like.
