No separate water bill here, they don't calculate usage. It's just a part of taxes here.
I hate paying:
Phone (because two smartphones with data is crazy nowadays, I remember paying $15 a month! Now we pay $170)
Groceries, because prices are rising
Auto insurance- it's the smallest bill for us, so shouldn't annoy me. And I know if ever IN accident, I'd be OH so happy for it. But we've never used our auto insurance, ever. So it seems like one of those things that I'm paying for and it's evaporating

Yes, insurance sucks! But I can't complain since we have used ours several times...LOL.
Your lucky on the water bill, I have to pay water and sewer, then pay another sewer fee for the lines, it's crazy.

I don't pay bills, my husband does. So it would be the three most expensive ones, whichever those are. Probably house, truck, and Montessori preschool.

We have well water, so no bill here!
I hate paying:
Mortgage
Groceries (prices are going up and we're buying less processed stuff)
Unexpected bills, like my new oven or when my dogs get sick/injure themselves

Groceries. How the heck do we spend so much?!?! So frustrating.
Phone...as others have said. We have 3 smartphones on our plan.
Car insurance. We have an 18 year old daughter. Enough said.

Tv/Phone/Internet.. we have a bundle "deal".. not much of a deal.. meh
Oil (for heat, hot water).. soooo expensive and always needed when we have no money
Mortgage. We havent paid in 2, almost 3, months *sigh*
