So I just email DH about having another baby, I thought it would easier to organize all my thoughts in an email rather than trying to text it.. my stomach is in knots, I'll talk to him at about 7. Last night I brought it up but after I said I really wanted another he didn't reply until an hr later and he just said goodnight.

I hope he is receptive when he comes home.

I bought these necklaces and created them for my sisters and brothers girlfriend, I can't wait to get them and see what the finished product looks like.

I would get your DH to take a baby blanket or something with the baby smell on it for the dog to sniff before you bring the baby home. I would also make sure you get some new toys or chewy bones for the dog that you can give him after you come home to keep him busy when you're busy with the baby. That way he will not feel like he's not getting less attention while every adjusts to the new family dynamic.

Hope your DH is on the same page with TTC.

Those necklaces look really cute. My SIL would like them, so I bookmarked the site to maybe order one for her birthday. Let us know how they come out.

I didn't get to take it easy much today, a friend of mine showed up with 2 of her kids. I got some of the things I needed to done, but not everything. Still need to clean out my fridge and make my grocery list to go shopping tomorrow.

Late to the party as usual

Yes, I've started my Christmas shopping. I have 6 kids to shop for, so we're going to try to do 2 a month from now until December, and hope we get them all out of the way.

For my youngest DS, who's 4, he's very much into Mickey Mouse Clubhouse right now. We've already picked up a Mickey Pillow pet, and put a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse bicycle in layaway for him today. He has asked for a Mickey Mouse DVD, so we'll probably pick that up for him later, plus 2 more small gifts for in his stocking.

Squeakers is getting the Little People's Princess Castle with a couple of the Princess Little Peoples.

Oldest DD has asked for an iPod and said that is the only thing she wants.

I have no clue what my other three boys want or would like as they haven't given us any clues yet.

joonzgurl, it's not that bad. We work within our budget, plus I do make extra money selling my baked goods each week, and most of that goes to help pay for extras like Christmas and Halloween costumes. We also limit the kids to only asking for 5 things, and they don't always get everything on their list. Usually I tell them at least 2 or 3 of their 5 things HAVE to be a useable/needed item like socks/underwear/or some other clothing.

So basically Christmas around here looks like this: 2 or 3 "fun" gifts, a pack of new socks, underwear, and pj's, and one new outfit. Then their stockings have one small toy and fruit in it.

I first woke up naturally at 5:10am which is just before DH's alarm goes off. I finally fell back to sleep about an hour later and slept until almost 7:45am. Ally woke up just after and Samantha had been awake for a little while I think but she was playing quietly on her bed in her room.

Urgh... so I called to make an appt with my dr re: the YI and the quickets they could get me in is on Friday. That feels like ages away. Not only that but now I have to miss a birthday party at the zoo because of my appt.

If you have had a bad one before you know the agony. I am on day 2 tonight of another 3 day treatment and I am really hoping it goes away!!!!

Thanks for the dog ideas!

My alarm goes off at 5:45 during the week. I think I've finally been hit with the pregnancy fatigue, though. I found myself starting to doze off around 7:00 last night already and barely made it to 9:30. I'm feeling super tired here at my desk, too. Hopefully I can make it through the afternoon!

I get up between 6-6:30 during the week and around 8-10 when there is no school. I got up at 6:30 today. It is about 9 before I can function completely. I am not a morning person.

I'm exhausted!! There's an auction about an hour and a half from us every month on the second Tuesday of the month. We took some large items we no longer wanted and dropped them off. Hope they sell well and we get a decent check later this week. All of which will go on Christmas for the kids!

I'm baking all this week for a sale on Friday night. I'm super excited for that one and hope we do well!

Random strange thing - a TAME (domestic) pigeon landed in our yard today. It was very friendly so we caged it up, fed and watered it, and now don't know what to do with it. We know it has to belong to someone because it has numbered leg bands on it, like we have on some of my chickens.
