My grocery shopping day is Fridays, I actually need to sit down and make my menu for the week. We started shopping at Aldi's and I can't get everything I like there, I have to stop at publix for certain produce and diary items I need, but it has cut the grocery bill down about $40 a week. Can't complain about that. I am not good at couponing so aside from diaper coupons I really don't get much into that.

My grocery shopping day is Thursdays too...I actually have to wait until next Thursday because that's payday for us. We shop at Kroger...I try to buy what's on sale based upon my list of items I need. There are some things I'm brand snobby about like my toilet paper, lol. I am not a coupon person though...I tried using coupons before and ended up buying things I didn't even need.

Tomorrow is my shopping day for while DH is home.
I shop Aldi, LOVE how cheap everything is and whatever I can't find there I go to wal mart and buy store brand.

when my stepkids are here in the summer we buy some things at Sams club, like ceral and tp, because we're feeding more

We go on Friday nights. I also try to select the cheapest brand, other than a few things.

Saturdays! DH and I go, mom watches Alexis. It's like a date, haha.

I always menu plan, I try and stick to my list. That's what saves me the most.

My shopping day varies depending on DH works schedule.

I use coupons and make meal plans to save some money. I also try to get meats and such that can be used for multiple meals. I made a $6 dollar roasted chix and i made 4 differents meals with it. I also shop at places that give you gas points.

I tend to shop on Mondays, or sometimes in the middle of the week. Nice and quiet at the store.

I meal plan and shop the sales or go with whatever brand is cheapest (other than my must-have brands as well). If I have a coupon, great, but I'm nowhere near as into couponing as I used to be.

My shopping day is whatever day we have to go to town for other errands.

I try to buy generic brands of what I can and use coupons if I have them (and remember to use them). I also look for stuff that is on sale.

We also go after payday..usually a day or two after we get paid. So twice a month but I also go once a week for fresh produce, milk, things we run out of often and need a lot but dont have all the room to store at once. If I have a coupon I will use it but I try to buy whats on sale and never go when I am hungry or I will fill that cart up with so much junk we dont need!

I also use a list and usually am pretty darn good at sticking to it and I LOVE costco..We buy a lot there but can never get out without spending at least 200 so I try to only go once or twice a month. I usually get groceries at Haggen or Safeway.

Our grocery day is either Tuesday or Wednesday.

We "thrift" shop by buying store brands, things on special, and meat / staples in bulk & freezing them
The odd time we'll shop at actual butchers & vege grocers, but honestly I think we would use the amount we saved, in petrol getting there

ahh yes.....that always makes things difficult....I do not know how we survived that first week in Dec....because the beginning of the month is when our big bills come out (like mortgage) and then I had t plan for 2 birthdays...ugh....we were def broke those first two weeks LOL...but we managed and pulled it off in the end I always fret about it but it always seems to work out
