I haven't really been doing anything other then carrying firewood. I know that sounds silly but I have gained some muscle from it! I have jillan michaels 30 day shred comming from netflix. If i like it I am going to order it for myself.
My resolution was to get healthy, so exercise is a part of that. I'm still on track, haven't fallen off yet! I've lost 11 pounds since Jan 1, and I exercise when I can. Usually 3x a week. I do fast walks outside if it's above 20, otherwise I do my exercise bike.

I have been exercising 4-6 times a week depending on what I have going on and if I get lazy or not! I got a gym membership because trying to workout at home with the little one didn't work for me. I do classes a few days a week and then the other days I do the elliptical or bike and some free weights. I really like doing classes though because it pushes me harder. I like step, zumba, and spin class right now.
I'm doing a lot of yoga. I've found it's one of the few exercises that I actually enjoy and look forward to doing, so I'm sticking with it. Usually do it 4x a week, trying to get up to 5. I do some cardio here & there as well.
Jillian's 30 Day Shred is a great workout! I did that one a lot in the past!
