Zoey is only 2 months old so she doesn't attend school/daycare yet but we are making a card for the family. Here is the one we made for Daddy....

and here is the one we will send to our friends

Now that I am a SAHM I have the time to make these things.
I used to teach daycare (2's and 3's) and most of the kids in my class brought me a Valentine's Day card or candy. Sometimes I even got flowers and Bath and Body Works stuff.
*Kiliki* and i:heart:you like this.

We got DD's teacher and reading teacher a small box of candy (it was $1-2) and then a valentine from the pack.

Hmmm....we didn't even think of it. Kayley's teacher is getting a card from the pack of valentines she is handing out. Today we are making a card for Daddy....so that will be a lot of fun.

No. We never do. They just get whatever Valentines and candy my kids hand out the class. This year I only had one kid handing out Valentines though My other two are too old to have class parties....and my little guy isn't even in preschool yet!

I did this year, but only because I was walking through target with my nephew and he spotted a chocolate in gold foil shaped like an apple. He wanted to get one for his teacher then of course since he has 3 teachers he had to get them something too. So I grabbed one for ds2s 1st grade teacher. My other 2 school age dc are in middle school and high school so nothing there.

Nah, the only thing the kids give their teacher is one of the cardboard cards that come in the valentine's day card pack they chose for their class.

My son made her a card, and I picked up a goodie at our neighborhood bakery for her.

We don't do that over here. Everyone tends to send the teachers something at Christmas and at the end of the school year. I do Easter eggs/flowers at Easter as well.
