I've tried twice before with no luck, the last time she actually regressed but now she's showing more signs than ever.. will tell me when she's pee'n and can say "pee" and "poop" and will wear panties .
We're doing a sticker chart and she finally pee'd in the potty for the first time yesterday like REALLY pee'd not just a little. I was so proud lol
We've had one accident so far today but I'm sticking with it this time, I really would like her to be trained, during the day at least by the time my stepkids get here, I know I'll be so busy and a bit overwhelmed that I won't be able to give her all my focus.
I potty trained Riley at the beginning of January. The first day I set a timer and put him on the potty every 20-25 minutes. I gradually increased the amount of time between putting him on the potty over a few days time. I agree that you have to stick with it. The first couple days were the hardest, but after that it got much better. Public restrooms make Riley nervous, so I make sure we go every time we're out and about so he gets used to different bathrooms. I also ordered a fold up potty seat on Amazon for ten bucks. I bet she'll do great! Good luck!
