I have no idea. I'm really hoping people say a strength.

I'm really emotional and cry over just about everything. My mom used to joke that "Gen doesn't just cry at the drop of the hat, she cries if she sees someone holding it and thinks they might drop it." I cry over other people's pain even. When my sister left her husband and was telling my parents about the abuse she had endured at his hands, I walked into the room and started crying without even knowing why SHE was crying. I cry over news stories in which I find the hurt of others to be evident just in telling the story. I avoid news about tragedy for that reason. I cry when I'm really proud or happy. I just cry all the time. My poor husband has the typical "Oh no, there's a woman crying. How do I make it stop?" reaction and no idea how to fix it.

I would say it usually is an indication of good things.

Crying is generally a release of some sort and that can only be good cuz if we kept it all in(stress, fear, sadness, etc) than that is more damaging than letting it out on occasion.

Some think its a sign of weakness cuz it shows those more negative type emotions but not really. Its a release, nothing more...its healthy.
i:heart:you likes this.

Strength. People can only be strong for so long then they have to let it out.

I totally agree with this, I cry the most when I'm mad or angry.

I cry when I am mad or sad or happy or glad... so I think it's a sign of me being an emotional wreck, lol.
