Hello fancy "seeing" u here
I would love to include it in the menu, but I'm not any good at cooking much and I have a bunch of picky eaters, that make me not even want to try.
Do you have any easy, dc friendly ideas?

Nothing special planned "menu-wise", but thanks for the reminder that my niece's birthday is in 2 days. We got it ordered last night and it'll only be a day late

Back at ya <----

I can think of one easy recipe my kids love and its not an official recipe its just something I make so I will try and explain it.

Warm corn tortillas on the grill with evoo
Saute onion, garlic, fresh baby spinach, shredded zuccini, cilantro
Grill some tiny cut up pieces of boneless chicken thighs and add according to taste red chilli
combine and then fill in in the tortillas with it and roll.
Put them in rows in oven pan and cover with a little enchilada sauce and whatever kind of cheese you like with more chopped clinatro on top of over the cheese.
Cover and bake till done.

YUmmm yuummmm.....
