Depends on my mood as its rare I go to a sit down restaurant LOL.

Usually salad though unless they have a really good sounding soup for the day.

I'm not a soup person unless its broccoli cheddar or a gnocchi one. So salad normally. If one of those is on the menu I would do both.

Usually salad unless it's a loaded potato soup or something that sounds amazing. I really love to go for soup and salad for lunch. So good.

I always do salad. Now that I think about it, I honestly don't think I have ever done soup at a restaurant. I don't really like soup anyway. If I do eat it, it's broccoli and cheddar.

At a restaurant, neither. I have a salad almost every night with dinner @ home and make soup 1-2x a week at home, I wouldn't order either in a restaurant. Unless it's a side salad and comes with my meal.

If we go out I always have a salad for lunch or dinner..usually something like a cobb salad with no bacon, light on the cheese.
