to tell people no?? I am working on this one still....I did it today though...someone asked me to take them to get a rental car (they have a car but she doesn't want to drive it right now cause the water whatever is leaking) I dunno but I said no...cause yeah they always ask me to do things for them and it drives me nuts....I drove one of them to work for like a week without so much of a thank you....that was annoying...and I have dropped my life in order to do things for them before....so I was done with it...and said NOPE!!! so I was proud of myself for that LOL

Good for you! Who is it, just a friend of yours or is it family?

I do have hard time saying no when someone specifically asks me to do something for them. Thankfully it doesn't happen too often

You should be proud of yourself.
Takes a lot to say no, gulit tends to sneak in there. I didn't used to say no but a few years ago I started doing it and it felt good.

It really depends on the person for me. I hate this about myself but I am really good at telling my own kids no all the time it feels like it...I should be more relaxed with them but everyone is so judgemental these days that I fear I will always be judged and never good enough so I am to strict with them and keep up on them all.the.time so they will be like perfect children. I am really good at telling friends no and family. I am working on it though.

I am the worst person in the world for saying no to people. I hardly ever say no. When someone asks something of me I will almost always say yes no matter what it is. I always feel super guilty if I don't! I have got better at saying no to Harvey though!! I don't always say yes to his every whim.
