pans do you have? I do not have very many, and some of them need to be replaced....I got 4 stainless steel pots/pans....and then 2 other pans one of which I really need to throw out and the other is not too far behind it....I want a good pan though....to make like grill cheeses in LOL....I hate making them in stainless steel pans....they always stick for me in them LOL.....

I have mostly stainless steel, only because they last longer. I started out with a set of nonstick and after several years, the stuff flakes off. I have one remaining nonstick pan from that set that I use for grilled cheese. I also have an electric griddle that I use for pancakes and is good for grilled cheese too.

When Dan died I rebelled. I couldn't go into the kitchen and cook. 5 minutes was too long.
So I, in my rebellion, tossed all silverware, dishes, and all pots/pans but one(medium sized)....even my glass casserole dishes got tossed.

I still have the medium sized pan and I bought a decent skillet pan and cookie sheet back in June to replace the ones I tossed in April.

I'll be buying a new casserole dish soon....almost ready too.

Well considering DH's background---most of my cookware is stainless steel . I have 2 of the green ceramic that are not used very often. I also have aluminum and all kinds of bakeware.

I also have a huge wok and a pressure cooker , I love that pressure cooker, its the new ones that are easy as heck to use and are wonderful!!

My pots are Paul Revere, that we got as wedding gifts.......that was 20 yrs ago, and they still look brand new!

Our frying pans are the old cast iron ones. I hated them at first, but now I love them.
