With my second pregnancy I found myself expecting twins and worried given my supply issues the first time around, for how long or even if I'd be able be able to keep my second and third exclusively on breast milk. A pumping diary given to me by a lactation specialist the morning after the delivery made all the difference. It forced me to be disciplined about pumping every 2-3 hours. So, I've created one here to help future moms intending to breastfeed and wanting to pump to supplement or ensure a good supply. Find it at my site, readyrefs.com to download for free.
And if you use it, please reply to this thread to let me know how it works for you and how I can improve it.
Best of luck!
