I think I may make this meal soon! It sounds really yummy. I also love the tip about defrosting meet on a shiny cookie sheet... I never knew that could reduce the amount of time. I don't know about anyone else, but I ALWAYS forget to take meat out of the freezer!!

Correct. Chicken gets cooked quickly and it is also very nutritive as a full meal. White means are full of energy. So both are a quick meal but rich in energy.
